You’ve been asking, and we are finally able to deliver! Kaseya has opened up their latest program to Virtual Administrator partners bringing in a whole new slew of modules which have been taking form in the last year.
So what are the new modules am I talking about?
- Mobile Device Management
- Policy Management
- Domain Discovery
- Time Tracking
- Desktop Migration
- KES (AVG Anti-Virus)
- Imaging and Deployment
- And Software Deployment & Update (Direct Ninite integration).
These will all be available either as part of the new system or for an additional per agent charge. This is in addition to the modules currently available on IT Center including KAV, KAM, and Kaseya’s Online Backup.
Of course this all comes at the cost of new pricing. We’ve released most of the pricing while we’re launching this, and the rest of the pricing is soon to follow. If you are currently on our IT Center platform then we have done an in depth analysis and will be able to tell you if you are going to save money by upgrading or if you’ll end up with a slightly higher monthly investment. Either way, the difference worked out to be roughly the same for most partners, even though the scale has changed a bit.

Also, if you are an IT Center partner with us, then you will be able to migrate to the new platform by simply creating a support ticket with us. There should be a simple migration path and you’ll even be able to keep your settings and remain on the same server!
