If you are in need of assistance from our technical team then you may use this form to request support. This form goes directly to our ticketing system where we will attempt to respond as soon as possible.
Our official support hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time.
Please note that we maintain a recurring maintenance window for our Hosted Kaseya servers from 9pm-11pm on Thursday evenings.
There is a recurring maintenance window on our Kaseya SaaS servers on Saturday at 10am. Kaseya's SaaS servers are maintained by Kaseya staff so we do not have control over this maintenance window.
We do our best to post alerts and updates to our Service Alerts page when we have a service interruption or maintenance window.
