Hey guys,
I wanted to ask you if you have experienced any recent problems with AVG through kaseya. It seems through the last week, we’ve had similar problems with many of our clients and have related the problem to AVG. Specifically, on Server 2008, and Server SBS 2011, our servers became un-responsive, and extremely sluggish. It was a strange problem that happened at two client locations on the same day; moreover, we just had a third location today that experienced the same issues. After uninstalling AVG, the problems were immediately fixed.
Just thought I’d give you guys a ring, and see if anyone else has had any issues.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hey Ryan,
Yes there was a finicky version of AVG that went out. It wasn’t really Kaseya’s fault, but more AVG’s. If you’re having trouble, contact our support desk and they should be able to help. We’ve worked with a few partners at this point.
