Out-of-band update released on January 14 MS13-008

Microsoft released an out-of-band patch on Monday.   Out of band patch releases rarely happen and are generally because of a zero-day exploit that needs an immediate fix.

Virtual  Administrator approved the patch as soon as it became available Monday afternoon.
